Ok Guys here we go…

Week 20

Snowdon Mountain Railway.

This was a christmas gift from my other half. A weeken in north wales and a trip on the railway.

For the train geeks, (From wikipedia) The Snowdon Mountain Railway (SMR) (Welsh: Rheilffordd yr Wyddfa) is a narrow gauge rack and pinion mountain railway in Gwynedd, north-west Wales. It is a tourist railway that travels for 4.7 miles (7.6 km) from Llanberis to the summit of Snowdon, the highest peak in England and Wales.[1]

They started work in 1894 and finnished in 1896. When you see the conditions that these guys must have worked in its a testimaent to they hard work that they finnished in just 2 years.
